Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)
You must have a CAS from a licensed UK educational institution.
Financial Requirement
You must show you have enough money to pay course fees and support yourself. From 30 November 2026: London £1,570/month (max £14,130 for 9 months); Outside London £1,203/month (max £10,827 for 9 months). Funds must be held for 28 consecutive days, ending no more than 31 days before the visa application date.
English Language Requirement
You must prove your English language ability to at least CEFR level B2 (IELTS 5.5-6.5 depending on programme).
TB Test (if applicable)
If you are from a listed country, you must provide a tuberculosis test certificate.
ATAS Certificate (if required)
Some courses require an Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) certificate.
